My Colleague's Week says they have a certain amount of items assigned to them but I can't see them all
The numbers in Colleague's Week represent the number of items that are in their My Week. If an item is hidden you will not have access.

When a user turns off the Privacy setting in their profile, this removes access for everyone else from seeing the items in their My Week.
