How are the figures in Insights calculated?

Admin or Standard permissions will grant access to Insights.

Insights reflects data within 15 minutes of it being updated in your account.

Data associated with private and hidden contacts are included in Insights, however, the information that appears is restricted

Insights reports on data in a given month. You have the option to report on the current month, or five previous months.
