Global Automators

Tasklist Automators allow you to apply ‘if this, then that’ rules to task sections in your work items and templates.

Within Settings, you can choose what custom workflow statuses are available for tasks, notes and emails.

Automators are used to make changes to work and task statuses. You can adjust these settings to suit your needs.

There is the option for you to choose to automatically have Work status updated to “Completed” when all its Tasks have been completed.
