Within the Time & Budget tab off of the contact, enter time and expenses. Time can be entered directly on a contact as long as that setting is chosen.
Add time to your contact, choose a role and task type to add a calculated amount against your dollar budget.
You will also see all of the budget data that is pulled in from the contact’s work items where there can be a budget or actual time entered. You can use your filters further to refine your view.
Keep in mind that time can only be entered directly on a contact if you have chosen that setting. If you haven’t already, here are instructions on how to set this up.
You can record an expense within the contact view which will be included in the exports.
If you don't want to keep track of expenses, you can turn off the setting within your Time & Budgets settings.
