My emails aren't appearing in Intuit Practice Management
It can take up to 15 minutes for your 20 most recent emails to flow into Triage after signing up.

First time logging in:

If you have recently signed up and this is your first time logging in, be patient. When you first log in to your new account, it can take up to 15 minutes for your emails to appear. After this time, your 20 most recent emails will flow into Triage, and every email received after that.

Not my first time logging in:

First, check to see if you have a reconnect banner. If you do, follow the steps in this article.

If you do not see a reconnect banner, try performing a hard refresh or try logging in through a different browser.
