In Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon, every email, note or task has an Information Tray, which outlines details about related work or contacts, visibility and assignments.

On the right of the given item is an Information Tray, which shows you details related to it. Items showed such as:

- Who is assigned the item

- To-do date

- Due Date

- Status

- Current timelines the item lives in

- Visibility into who can see the item
