For the TSheets integration to create contacts and assign time, the client in question must be assigned to a contact type that has been selected to sync in the TSheets Connected Apps settings. In addition, only clients that are Public (vs. Private or Hidden within a client's privacy settings) are able to have time entries tracked and updated between Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon and TSheets.
