Using Zapier you can connect and sync contact data between Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon and more than 1,500 other apps connected to Zapier.

How Zapier works
Zapier provides Triggers and Actions for each app that it supports, including Intuit Practice Management.
A Zap combines a trigger from one app with an Action in another. Whenever the trigger occurs, Zapier automatically completes the action for you.

Available Intuit Practice Management Triggers
Person Contact Created: Triggers when a new person contact is created in Intuit Practice Management.
Organization Contact Created: Triggers when a new organization contact is created in Intuit Practice Management.
Person Contact Updated: Triggers when a new person contact is updated in Intuit Practice Management.
Organization Contact Created: Triggers when a new organization contact is updated in Intuit Practice Management.
Available Intuit Practice Management Actions
Create Person Contact: Creates a new person contact in Intuit Practice Management.
Create Organization Contact: Creates a new organization contact in Intuit Practice Management.
Update Person Contact: Updates a person contact in Intuit Practice Management.
Update Organization Contact: Updates an organization contact in Intuit Practice Management.
Steps to connect your Intuit Practice Management account and set up your first Zap
In order to connect IPM to Zapier, the first connection must be from a link within IPM. Until that is completed, IPM will not show up as an app you can connect to in Zapier.
1. Open Zapier from IPM
To get started, from IPM click Settings > Connected Apps > Zapier and click "this link" under Getting Started.
2. Sign in to Zapier
Sign in to Zapier using the same email address you use to sign in to Intuit Practice Management. If you do not have an account, you can create one.
3. Accept Invitation
The "You have been invited to use Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon on Zapier!" screen will open.
Click on Accept Invite & Build a Zap.
4. Complete your Zap by adding an Action step
Choose from one of Zapier's 1,500+ app integrations to create an action step. For more details on this, refer to Zapier's Getting Started Guide.
Create Additional Zaps
1. Create your Zap
Click the "Create Zap" button, which is at the top-leftcorner of the page when you have logged into Zapier. Learn more here.
2. Select Intuit Practice Management as your Trigger App
Search for Intuit Practice Management as your Trigger App.
Once Intuit Practice Management has been selected, you can choose a Trigger.
3. Complete your Zap by adding an Action step
Choose from one of Zapier's 1,500+ app integrations to create an action step. For more details on this, refer to Zapier's Getting Started Guide.
4. Using Intuit Practice Management actions
If you'd prefer, you can also set up a Zap where another app triggers an action to Intuit Practice Management.
If you do this, choose another app for your Trigger step, and Intuit Practice Management as your Action step.
