If you want a colleague to be notified of a note, email comment or task comment in their Triage, you can mention them in the body of the note by typing “@” followed by their name. Their handle will appear below for you to select. Type in your message and click "Add".

This will trigger a triage notification for your colleague.

You can also @mention your entire firm (@all) or members of select teams (@team_name). 

User handles can be updated through Settings > Colleagues.
