What's the best way to use Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon when more than one team member is on an email?
To ensure you aren’t creating duplicate work or duplicate tasks, Intuit Practice Management shows you when an email has been tagged to work, has a reply or if a task has been assigned. Open the email and get a view of what’s been done.
If the email is not tagged to work and you would like to create work off of this email, first check to see if work has already been created by:
Clicking on Add to Work
Typing the sender’s name and we’ll show you all the work items in motion for that individual
Typing the organization name to check work items as well.
If there are no work items that pertain to that email, you’re in the clear to create a brand new work item.
