I am told I need admin approval when connecting my Office 365 account.
Office 365 users may require an administrator to grant them access to connect Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon to Office365.

If you are trying to activate your account using your Office 365 account and receive this message, your administrator needs to grant you permission to get access.

To resolve this, an administrator will need to:

  1. Login into the Azure Portal (https://portal.azure.com/)

  2. Click on Azure Active Directory

  3. Click Users

  4. Click User Settings

  5. Click Yes under App registrations

The user should now be able to login without the error above being displayed.
