To add a new user, on the main menu, click Settings and then select Invite.

Then enter your colleague email details, choose which User Permissions you would like them to have, and our Concierge will send them an email letting them know that you've invited them.

Their status will remain as pending until they accept the invite.

Common Troubleshooting Steps-My colleague has not received the invitation in their email.

  • Have your colleague close all browser windows

  • Have them open a new Chrome browser,

  • Resend the invite

  • Have them open an additional Chrome browser window type in manually intuitpracticemanagement.karbonhq.com (do not use Saved/Bookmarked url)

  • Have them check their email and accept the invite in their native email account

Your colleague should now be able to login.
