You can have visibility across to-do lists, allowing you to see who is working on what today, and what they have coming up next.

Click My to-do list and select Colleague’s to-do.
Start typing your colleague’s name in the modal and select their name when it appears. You will now be able to see (and add) to-do items assigned to them in the various periods.
