Automators are used to make changes to work and task statuses. You can adjust these settings to suit your needs.

If a work item is marked as ‘Planned’, Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon will automatically update its status to ‘In progress’ when the work’s start date is reached.

You turn this off, or change the status that it updates to, from your Automator settings.
