Any templates saved within your Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon account can be edited to suit your firm's unique clients and workflows. This video explains how to do this.
Before making any changes, we recommend duplicating any of the pre-populated work templates in your account and renaming, so that you have a copy saved.

Reorder tasks or indent them to create nested tasks.
Add tasks or delete tasks that aren't applicable.
