If there is a detection that your computer is not connected to the Internet, a banner lets you know that an attempt is being made to reconnect, or prompts you to reconnect to your network.
For Gmail Users
If reconnecting does not work, follow the steps below:
Go to My Account (from the avatar icon in the top right).
Go to Security and choose Third-party access.
Click on Karbon, then Remove Access.
Once that’s done, please try reconnecting again.
Keep in mind that when you reconnect your email, Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon will only pull in emails from that point on.
