Offline Banner
If there is a detection that your computer is not connected to the Internet, a banner lets you know that an attempt is being made to reconnect, or prompts you to reconnect to your network.
For Gmail Users
If reconnecting does not work, follow the steps below:
Open gmail.com
Go to My Account (from the avatar icon in the top right)
Open “Apps with account access”, then “Manage Apps”
Click on Karbon, then Remove Access
Clear your browser cache and cookies
Once that’s done, please try reconnecting again.
Keep in mind that when you reconnect your email, Intuit Practice Management powered by Karbon will only import emails from that point on.
Disconnected Banner
If Gmail, Office365 or Microsoft Exchange disconnects the token that links your account with your email account, you’ll get a reconnect banner notification. By clicking on Reconnect Now, you will be re-authenticating your account allowing Intuit Practice Management and your email account to remain synchronized.
If the blue banner isn't present, please try reconnecting your email by following the steps for your provider.
