Email actions in Triage

In Triage, you don't just manage emails, you action them.

When you receive an email you can, as you would in your inbox, reply, reply all and forward it. You can also add Cc and Bcc to email.

However, we recommend these actions if applicable:

Clearing an email (only done from Triage) is the equivalent of archiving the email in your inbox (we do not delete any emails).
