- Sort your Kanban board and use filters to show work items of interest.
- Create a saved view of work for your VIP clients, work due this week (including overdue work) by assignee, or all work in a particular status like "Waiting or Waiting for Client" by adding filters.
- Create a custom Excel report using your Work data.
- Review your company's Insights and toggle between open, completed and overdue work for your colleagues.
Best practice tip:
- Using your sorting and filtering options, create and save as many reports as you might find useful. You'll find that you'll soon come back regularly to a handful of saved reports. You can then delete the reports that aren't relevant anymore.
